Apartment Rentals

We have two, secured access, 4-Plex apartment buildings in downtown Valdez.  Each furnished apartment has two bedrooms, one bath (some have 1.5 baths), a spacious kitchens and a free, shared, laundry facility.  Ideally located in town on Foraker Street we are within walking distance to the schools, hospital, and grocery store. Our apartments boast panoramic views of the mountains and full southern exposure.  Heat is included in the rent and a one year lease is required.  All apartments are smoke-free, and pet-free - no exceptions.
