help for THE ANEMIA

Consult with hematologist for damage to red blood cells
and primary cause of seizures:  AIHA

So sorry for THE FATIGUE you are dealing with

I think the AIHA is the core issue at least for the fatigue
if EGBE exposure (in multiple ways) is the core issue

The reason it doesn't show up for blood tests is because too many things are going on at the same time, and the anemia that is there, and the worst harm of all, goes unnoticed

I think since AI platelets is similar to that
and since AI platelets is helped by gamma globulin

This help should be looked into

and when FATIGUE is very serious as evidenced by 'sleeping too much' the chills, rapid heart beat and shortness of breath ... insist on whole blood transfusion

just an idea

do you recall a serious flu?

or a time when you had ongoing 'cold'
 or diarrhea?

:

feeling cold can be an autoimmune hypothalamus issue
that EGBE would cause

It also causes horrible headaches as part of the Chronic Fatigue Immune Dysfunction Syndrome symptoms

complain about 'the chills?'  Cold to the Core

does he have a subnormal body temperature?  temperature?  *
(call the doctor's nurse & ask for a couple temperatures)

does he have rapid heart beat?

does he have shortness of breath?

These are the signs of autoimmune hemolytic anemia that the butyl would cause

I think it is more life threatening than any cancer

and that if I am right, gamma globulin will help stop the autoimmune issues

I noticed that autoimmune action on the red blood cells is similar to the autoimmune action on platelets, and for the latter, that gamma globulin works

and for immediate help
Give him a whole blood transfusion
(an approved blood donor could lie next to him, and give the blood slowly ... & direct)

He might just get up and be his regular self

However, what if he red blood cells aren't working right,
and that is the more serious issue?
help:  Give a fresh, whole blood transfusion ...

bring in a blood donor & do transfusion live!

 Help for

ITP is the destruction of "thrombocytes" (clotting cells) by the immune system in much the same manner as RBCs are destroyed in AIHA

Find the Anemia *

Idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (Platelets)

Other autoimmune issues including diabetes & spontaneous infertility

Clinical signs of this disease include bruising; excessive bleeding following trauma, at surgery, or during estrus; or  blood in the urine or stool.

Before ITP can be diagnosed, many more common diseases must be ruled out. These include, but are not limited to, warfarin poisoning, various clotting disorders (hemophilia, Von Willebrand's disease), bladder or prostate infection or cancer, and intestinal parasites. A CBC, platelet count, and clotting profile are needed. A bone marrow biopsy is helpful as well, and a Coomb's test may be run if other autoimmune diseases are suspected.

Transfusion of fresh whole blood or of platelet-rich plasma can be helpful in ITP  Source

Gamma globulin
Rituxan for AIHA? ... for cancers?  and
"Gamma globulin may also be used to treat immunological diseases other than deficiencies. For example, in immunological thrombocytopenia purpura, the patient's antibodies attack his or her own platelets, interfering with the blood's ability to clot. Gamma globulin injections are useful in treating this condition, though the mechanism by which they work is not fully understood. The injections may cause the spleen to ignore signals to destroy the antibody-tagged platelets, or they may cause the malfunctioning gamma globulin to degrade at an increased rate. In any case, the extra gamma globulin counteracts the malfunctioning antibodies that attack platelets and allows the platelets to thrive."

So, what are the 'gulf war syndrome' symptoms? ... Same as CFIDS?
