DAY RENTAL up to 4 people = $135/day + $15 add on adult or $10 add on child

Single person use in summer:  $110 single days - week rate at $700 until 6/30/08

 winter only:   Day rental rate @ $95/day up to 2 people - 2 day minimum  stay

 $500 for up to 10 days stay - all or part

with refundable deposit & references
