Kitchen use allowed with cleanup only, or $35 fee for someone to cleanup after you

No pets - No inside smoking

Keep heat at no more than 70 degrees ... or a surcharge could apply

Due to the high cost of oil used for heat and hot water please use care in keeping the heat turned down or off when you are gone.  Windows must be closed when temperature is colder outside than inside.  Please keep heat at 68 - 70 degrees when you are "home." We have permission to 'walk thru' to double check heat setting or close any windows left open.

Don't put anything larger than toilet paper down the toilet, need more sundries?  Give us a call

No cleaning Fish on Premises inside or outside!   Use the stainless steel trays/water at the harbor; or clean fish on beaches & recycle what you discard, or leave for the bears; putting in dumpster will draw bears & STINK when the sun comes out.  No fishing gear? Rent from Fish Central.  You can clean fish elsewhere AND put fish on ice in coolers, doing your processing when you get home.

Prefer No processing of fish in unit; however, if pre-approved + $20/day

Day use for extra people would be $15/per person

If you bring a freezer:  $5 add on fee/day (& read electric meter at move in & move out); boat + $15/day
