An often asked question, "How much, approximately, are the utilities?"

For just 2 people & modest laundry use,
 
I think the electric for general things, cooking & hot water is in the range of $250/mo
 
and the propane about $90 

Nothing needed for heat in the summer, except a couple of days; so heat can be turned off then

 
Maybe $120 in the winter for propane (heat only)
Not sure now that rates have gone up, though
 
and again, it depends on the number of people,
and how they use the utilities
