Pet Addendum

RE: Rental Unit _________________

In the event of a violation of any of the following terms and conditions, the owner/management shall have the right to immediately cancel this agreement

and require the pet owner/tenant to immediately remove the pet from the premises.

Tenant shall have full responsibility and full liability for damages.

If deposit is not sufficient to cover damages, they shall still be the obligation of tenant.

Also, owner recommends tenant consider having their own tenants' insurance:

for ones’ own belongings

and liability for ones’ guests or any problems relating to pet should be secured as well.

Any pet is only conditionally pre-approved.

Should the pet not have proper supervision & have ‘accidents’

in the dwelling, or should there be concern of biting people

or causing a barking nuisance…

the approval shall be withdrawn,

and tenants agree to remove the pet from the property.

When tenant is not home

the pet shall be outside or kenneled.

No dog shall be left inside the dwelling

when occupants are not home.

Proper yard cleanup is also a requirement

for proper care of premises when a pet is allowed.
