I wanted to share with Oprah and the Doctor that there is another primary reason people would have trouble loosing weight. In addition to the emotional security it offers for some with traumatic issues in their life, there is a very common chemical through the century that causes autoimmune metabolic issues. Look into BUTYL or 2-butoxyethanol.

Exposure looks like 'the flu' and it causes harm to military especially in every war era. So if we are a child of someone overexposed, not only do we have belly fat and these autoimmune metabolic issues to deal with, but we have lipid changes that can lead to heart attack.

The easiest thing to find is elevated blood sugar, elevated body temp, elevated blood pressure.
It can cause CFIDS, CFS, FM, ME ... and the ANEMIA is more serious than even the cancers that show up (often brain tumors/ leukemia, etc)
