The address for the House Committee on the Judiciary is:

Let's get on their cases and open the door for litigation to resolve these matters. I think it is the answer to almost all of the problems. It will especially be an answer to the Gulf War Syndrome and the problems surrounding Valdez.

I think you are right, but how will we get audience?

This man understands the VA system as it works now:

Ret Msgt Daniel W. Upton,  745 2nd St NW, Gordo, AL 35466

205-364-0600

I think he would be willing to help.

There is a French Journalist who would want to testify as to what EGBE is and does

If there were a call for Exxon Valdez oil spill workers ... or their medical records for those who have died ... that would show the pattern of this chemical's harm, and we could call for the records of the Gulf War Vets who have died ... to look for this chemical's harm  http://www.valdezlink.com/evos/afteroil.htm

It should be added to the list of cause for disability claims, all eras

http://groups.msn.com/oddsnends/whatsthesame.msnw

AND I would like to see help for those still alive & children of all those who were conceived after a parent's poisoning.  Such as Dr REG is offering

Exxon now has 92 million on the table for extended harm.

but of course their attorneys say we cannot bring up 'human' issues

& the money will likely be spent buying up more land to 'preserve'

http://www.valdezlink.com/evos/trusteecouncil.htm

The new medical records person at our hospital says they only have to hold medical records for 21 years ... so records of people who have died, may be discarded in the next 3.5 years if they haven't been already

I believe issues such as hypotonia that spring out of autoimmune metabolic issues are also part of the harm to our children http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hypotonia

AND that Aristotle Onasis was harmed by this chemical at the time his 'flu' started up ... leading eventually to his death

I suspect Aristotle Onassis was health damaged by THIS chemical, too; and as usual, it was not recognized by his doctors.

"I'm convinced that metabolic features (changes in cholesterol and lipid profile, changes in glucose uptake and cell use, mitochondrial diseases and so on) are among main underestimated issue of 2-BE," says a French journalist

And that the issues Scott Hamilton has had to deal with ... would be something a kid would deal with when parents were strongly poisoned by EGBE ... my take on it:

I suspect Scott Hamilton (Champion Figure skater) had birth defects similar to that of 2-butoxyethanol poisoning for either or both of his parents:

digestion problems; growth abnormality; pituitary brain tumor and testicular cancer

Maybe Warren Buffett & Gates would be interested in this for some of the money they want to go to research

BILL GATES, MELINDA GATES AND WARREN BUFFETT FOUNDATION 32 BILLION ...

... set up by Bill Gates, the Microsoft founder, to fund medical research and ... "The generosity and trust Warren has shown," Gates adds, "is incredible. ... http://www.solarnavigator.net/sponsorship/bill_melinda_gates_warren_buffett.htm

You could ask Dr Lynn Goldman, head of IOM panel for gulf war syndrome issues what her thoughts are on gulf war vets and 2-butoxyethanol exposures. http://www.valdezlink.com/gwv/interesteddrg.htm
