I think EGBE exposure/s should be a cause for military disability - all eras

But it's harm is unrecognized

Why I think it is the fatigue, diabetes, brain tumor, cancer, birth defect, autoimmune causing chemical and the cause of 'gulf war syndrome' (Vietnam, Korean, WWII vets, too)

What happened to our soldiers came on faster, because they kept getting exposed ... but it is not a different exposure than other military time periods or than what civilians get, too

And the CFIDS symptoms are the symptoms to look for

Sincerely,
Margaret Diann H_____

This week in the news ... articles on the study for the VA saying there is 'no such thing as gulf war syndrome'

Well that got a lot of people up in arms ... & I think that 'the syndrome' is caused by 2-butoxyethanol ... which got others 'up in arms'

Military Need Expanded Presumptive Lists
  • What conditions are PRESUMPTIVELY approved for gulf war vet disability?

Margaret, There is no presumptive list for VA benefits for Gulf War veterans. However, Gulf War veterans, unlike veterans of earlier wars, can apply for disability for a category of symptoms and illnesses referred to as “undiagnosed illnesses” by the statute establishing this compensation. Detailed information about this is available in the statute and on many internet sites. There have also been efforts to provide disability compensation to Gulf War veterans with ALS, although no permanent presumption status for this condition has been established. 9-22-06
