I am writing this short memo to let your agency know that I am sick and tired of waiting for all of your other government agencies to get their act together and finally accept responsibly for poisoning myself along with hundreds of others during the EXXON Valdez oilspill cleanup.  You already know this ,but let me just remind you and your buddies about what all of you approved to clean up the crude oil on the beaches with " INIPOL ".This chemical was approved by you, the Coast Guard, OSHA and whomever else including the state of Alaska, and since this oilspill was declared a national disaster by then the President of the United States you would think the government would have had Exxon test the chemical Inipol first before having innocent Captains and crewmembers as well as beach workers exposed to this chemical not knowing that this chemical causes cancer and other serious medical problems years after being exposed.  Actually Exxon knew that the chemical Inipol caused serious medical problems, but lied to government agencies.

So you see I have very serious medical problems and I want to know just who in the hell is going to pay my medical bills? I mean come on, don't pass the responsibility to someone else, pay it yourself since you the EPA is one of the agencies that approved the use of a chemical with out any test being required on it's medical problems later on that it would cause, or you and the other agencies just didn't care or Exxon paid you off.  So what's it gonna be?

I look forward to hearing from your agency and you can forward this memo to whomever you care to,because believe me I am,and I mean everyone.

                             Signed,

                            Capt.Richard D.Nagel

That is a great letter by Richard.  I like that kind of blunt

Heartbreaking News

I was visiting with someone I don't usually talk to, and came up with my usual, "What did you do in 1989 during the Exxon Valdez oil spill cleanup ?"

     Margaret ,

I haven't been doing a lot lately , but I was thinking that you might find it interesting the different prescriptions that my doctors have me on now .

                  1 - Oxycodone  10-325 mg ( for severe pain )
                  2 - Topamax      25 mg ( for seizures )
                  3 - Fentanyl       50 mg patch ( for pain )
                  4 - Seroquel      200 mg ( for mental problems ? )
                  5 - Depakote er 500 mg  ( for severe Bi-polar )
                  6 - Alprazolam   0.5 mg  (  sleeping problems )
                  7 - Fluoxetine    20 mg  ( depression )
                  8 - Potassium    595 mg ( leg cramps )
                  9 - Multi - Vitamins

It seems to be everytime I see the doctors I have anouther problem , the pain is my back ( four compressed fractures ) and my knee , which was crushed during the oil spill in 1990 . As for my mental problems  , I just don't know . Anyway it's a good thing I have a good prescription plan . It 's kind of amazeing that Exxon won't do a damn thing even though they have the biggest profit of any company in the United States . Now look if you want you can give out me E-mail to  interested people that have questions and so forth , I do not mind and possibly we will stumble onto an Attorney that can help us ? Who know's stranger things have happened . I'm still here in Florida helping my Mother ( she still is having problems coping ) with my brothers death and also of my Fathers death last year , I too from time to time have my doupts about all of this myself , but I always have been a very strong person , I think, and that to me is all it takes . At any rate I suppose I will never be able to Captain again since I still suffer from seizures about two or three a month and the Coast Guard has all but retired me , O well .So look give me a shout from time to time about how things are going and just know that I still do care  a whole lot and that I haven't given up .

                            Take Care ,
                            Captain Richard D.Nagel

ASK for a medical assist fund ... many injured have not been able to do steady work

Ask for a medical review of your medical info ... & see if 2 others who worked the oil spill look similar:

I think the best help is glyconutrient food supplements
I think when health issues are from a chemical poisoning,
meds hurt more than help

   What to Take?
   How Much?
   US Patent
   About Abby
   military trials?
   respond

Housewives are at risk, too.  We need new disclosure laws in home cleaning products, also.
Our Presidents & their wives are also at risk for this chemical's harm

And the bioremediation workers ... & the Corexit trial workers can prove it

Do you have the CFIDS symptoms?

Or any autoimmune diagnosis?

For the US Coast Guardsman who has been unable to father a child after Monitoring the 'bioremediation experiment,' I asked,

"Do  you think you might be dealing with spontaneous infertility,
and that if you took glyconutrients for 3 months ... & then tried to have a baby, you would have a healthy child?"

Yes, Why Can't Exxon help you?

Just wondering, is Denny Kelso OK?
