Are you a teacher with a summer job elsewhere?  (Or maybe you need to go to college ... or just need a long family vacation?)  We will hold this rental for you for next school year, and you won't have to pay for rent while you're gone.  Just pack up your personal items & return when school starts!

$950 per month plus utilities on a 9 month lease *

on a 9 month lease:  * one year renewable

Such as 9/3/02 to 6/3/03.  On May 3, 2003 may extend for one additional year through June 3, 2004 with payment of last month's non-refundable rent as a indemnity deposit, to be forfeited if all of lease term is not honored -  applicable to a higher rent for term taken.

... as a private one bedroom unit for $1200 per month including all utilities, cable and phone:  Sept 3-June 3 of any year.  Or utilize the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms for an additional fee per worker, if you want to share and save overall.

Otherwise short term rates apply. 

whole place for $175 per day; 

1 bedroom unit at $95 - $140/day - multiple days.  

Government Discount or authorized rates accepted per season applicable.
