Before we can tell you the price on a given unit
Since our units are turnkey & of more value than a unit you would furnish yourself:
 
please give us a proposal on when you need a unit, 
for how many and for how long;  moving mailbox
what you expect as employee turn over, 
and how well you will know your employees or whether they are new to you this season?
 
We will then send you the basic usage guidelines for your compliance
(Basically just taking good care of a place with no extra people per those initially agreed upon).  We also ask that you designate an on-site company liaison for our mutual benefit.
 
Then we will proceed to discuss rental amount and a lease.
 
We can't be rushed to work through all the details of occupancy/rates with an initial inquiry,
but could do so within just a few days from a serious request. 
 
Please be aware that until rental amount and  all terms of use 
 are fully agreed upon...
Any item can be readdressed. 
Final offering/acceptance is also subject to acceptable rental and credit references.

Basically lease rates that you will see here and there on the various rentals are from Sept. to June with one year renewables from May 1 or June 1 of any year.  When you get closer to the high demand season, the rates are not as reasonable. ... or if you only want a few days or a single month.  Most of our renters are long term.

Until there is a full agreement on all points of a rental agreement and an application with deposit has been turned in and approved, no one has priority on any rental regardless of the initial conversation as to availability and terms.

You may, however, give a holding deposit which is refundable if you do not qualify, except for $50 processing of your request; or non refundable if unit is offered to you and you don't rent after all.

Note:  In winter:  for all mobile rentals owner takes care of roof snow removal & lessee takes care of  Driveway & walk snow removal & assists with fuel companies being able to access fuel tanks, if needed

All rentals are owned or co-owned by agent.
