Our units are good
choices for initial lodging for new employees,
when rent is paid by
the company.
Our units are
"turnkey"
which requires much more
time and effort on our part
than regular rentals do.
We can include
housekeeping which might be needed for busy workers, as well as pay for all
reasonable utility costs,
cable and phone.
There is a possibility
of having such a rental at any time of year!
For rentals coming
open in April and on we do not anticipate entering into a lease at lesser than
summer rate; however,
We require a full lease,
with approved application for individuals,
regardless of term of
occupancy.
And should a longer
rental term be approved,
a good faith deposit/security
equal to one month's rent
shall be paid prior to occupancy
(which would be forfeited
should the full term of the lease not be honored).
Otherwise the rent is
month to month at a higher rate
with 30 day notice
allowed by either party.
Please be aware
that no business on premises:
no in-home
daycare nor other businesses nor trampolines will be allowed;
no pets, and if
a pet were to be approved:
no dog
teams, no Wolves and Wolf Hybrids, no Rottweiler dogs, either full breed or mix
breeds, no Pit bull dogs, either full or mix breeds, nor any similarly
aggressive dogs.
