Diann Hursh, Realtor has earned the "At Home with Diversity:  One America" certification after successfully completing a course developed by the National Association of Realtors (NAR) in cooperation with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), designed to equip real estate professionals with the tools to expand homeownership opportunities for the growing number of multicultural and minority buyers entering the housing market. 

The course was taken November 11, 1999 in Orlando, Florida prior to the commencement of the Realtors' National Convention and Trade Expo. The Realtor organization launched this progressive step toward increased market diversity August, 1999 by making available the new certification program for real estate practitioners to help them successfully complete the one-day training, subject to meeting eligibility requirements.
