Highlighted  products - too strong in 2-butoxyethanol

Note:   Reproductive & birth defects possible with 2-butoxyethanol

Also Note:  One company who develops new products stated

that anything approaching 5% of 2-butoxyethanol in a product

was too strong for home use - industrial use only - commenting on Glass Plus

In checking a citrus based product for ingredients.... D-Solv

the company said it contained nothing harmful,

but gave serious 'use' warnings.

Says a pro in the field of USA product development,

"I suspect that they have not fully identified their ingredients

because they are among the stupid who think that anything from a citrus base

(i.e. d-limonene

could not be hazardous,

but there are definitely health warnings for on d-limonene and the natural coconut extract shampoos."

"The product COULD also have less than 1% of various toxic chemicals and they would not be LEGALLY required to mention them,

especially under the veil of proprietary trade secrets.

We choose not to play that game,

because it IS dangerous and can lead to lawsuits if the MSDS did not reveal all hazards."

"I also just noticed that Swantek is not a USA company,

so it has NO requirements to list the product hazards, according to their own country.

Its very hard to sue foreign companies for product problems."  7-9-03

"Dispersants have not been the first line of defense for oil spill cleanup in the U.S.

because dispersants present toxicity threats and health threats to those applying the products."  uspoly.com/dispersit

Then Gloves...

remembering the wise advice of a seasoned auto painter:

"The main route of entry to the human body is thru the eyes and the cuticles."

Eyesight damage is possible, but not tested for...

Most doctors don't understand health damage that has been caused from chemicals...

overexposure to chemicals is chemical poisoning.

Seek help.

You must be careful to avoid all chemicals hereafter & check with medical consultants;
