OSHA Reopens Glycol Ethers Rulemaking Record   *  Wonder what they concluded?

The only official OSHA letter found on Inipol EAP22 chemical usage 1-23-01

They didn't mention in this, the only official reply on what Inipol EAP 22 does... that it could cause cancer.

Status  of said worker:

Says he, "I am terminal (6 months to live) with recurring stomach cancer,

I also have documented clinical depression

to the point of being severely disabled

by the Court and Social Security Administration

Yes, low red blood cell count

melanoma

bone problems

I was about 32 years old and captain of a boat...working with distributing the Inipol EAP 22  chemicals to the beach workers in 1990."

 July, 2002

If you have any evidence on this issue, I wouldn't trust OSHA with it.

An attorney can earn more money by 'selling you short' so don't trust an attorney, either.
