If you have been exposed to more
chemicals that you should have,
start avoiding all chemicals as much as
possible.
Don't drink diet sodas, eat foods with additives (nutra-sweet or Equal),
eat
Chinese foods (MSG), etc. Avoid carpeting in your home... etc., etc.
Avoid alcohol
accelerates
liver damage,
when
liver damage is possible
Avoid
getting a permanent, eating strawberries, using household cleaning products *
Stop
Smoking
| A pastor says ..."not good
to drink sodas too much as they have aspartame which is not good for you...
& it can cause nose bleeds." Another lady said
her headache's stopped when she quit drinking diet soda. So people
exposed to chemicals have to limit as much as possible the little exposures
(pesticides on food, questionable food additives, etc.) so there is not
continued build-up & more serious problems such as cancers coming their
way.

| Don't use CanolaOil for
sure... Instead use something like virgin olive oil to cook in and for salads
would be good; by the way mono unsaturated
oil is better than poly... as to cholesterol ... because it helps get
rid of bad cholesterol ... not bad and good cholesterol |
| A
local Valdez doctor beat melanoma after being told he had 6 months to live & is doing well after several
years. He claims eating more vegetables and having an alkaline
body chemistry will offset the cancers that try to attack us! Something
to check into! Eat broccoli ... has the good calcium! Or can get
supplements (calcium / caltrate ... eat your cucumbers, too! Cancers don't
thrive in an alkaline pH. (Note:
this doctor has had a rare form of melanoma liver cancer & has
been given only weeks to live/ May, 2003) His cancer was only
detected by inserting a camera at the naval area... cancer had spread
to the stomach, too; there is nothing doctors can do. This is a
man who lived right and took care of himself. I don't believe,
however, that he has been checked for chemical poisoning as a
cause. He has lived in Valdez for many years. In early
1990's he had melanoma eye damage & one eye removed.

Another
possibility to ponder:
As a
chiropractor in 1989 in Valdez & on....
The kind of cancers Dr. has,
melanoma of the eye and melanoma liver cancer are types that
2-butoxyethanol could cause (Capt
Richard had melanoma, etc)
If he treated
many of the Exxon Valdez Oil spill workers,
many were
exposed to the 2-butoxyethanol in Inipol
EAP 22
and
experimental Corexit
(still on the Alyeska terminal ready for use today)
The only way
to be tested for chemical exposures is thru specialty labs,
the regular
medical tests don't find it;
This chemical
also causes hemolytic anemia right away
There would be
some change noticeable in red
blood counts at the point someone is affected by
2-butoxyethanol

Organic
milk. Some cows have additives given to them. Avoid
popcorn with artificial butter. Cook popcorn the old fashioned way. and
add real butter. Real butter is more healthy, by the way, than margarine
they are learning.

This is
especially true for children *
of those who have been chemically overexposed. They came into life already
with a certain amount of exposure, & can't handle as much chemicals as the
average person can.
*From WHO
(World Health Organization - via Toxins Awareness Group): paint
solvents (such as 2-butoxyethanol) are carcinogenic, painters having
a 40% higher chance of lung cancer and 20% higher of stomach,
bladder, larynx, etc cancers,
while their
children are at increased risk of leukemia and brain tumors.

Don't take unnecessary
