Some Boats did Spray the Chemicals
Inipol EAP 22
From the Boats... in Areas That Were Inaccessible
& the 2nd way was with workers on the shores...
For awhile inipol EAP 22 was being applied too thickly...
wrong...
as it was supposed to be thinned by heating.
So... workers would have been exposed to stronger concentrations...
Does this explain why the young man on one boat
has the kidney failure? ... his boat captain, too?
... & low red blood cell count to the point of needing a blood transfusion, etc.?
Symptoms of 2-butoxyethanol overexposure per MSDS information:
blood damage - hemolytic anemia
& concern for kidney and liver damage
So, boats were spraying inipol EAP 22 to the shore?
... that would have put a lot of vapors in the air
to shoot a long ways from the boat...over to the shore.
It must have been difficult
to get inipol EAP 22
from the transport barrels
to the spraying equipment.
Who did the handling and how they are doing health-wise today?
How are all the workers doing? *
