Subject: Exxon Valdez - remove ban?

I want to know if the ban on the Exxon Valdez ship that spilled the oil in our

Prince William Sound

can have the legislative ban removed by Congress?

It is unfair to penalize the 'flagship' of the Exxon fleet

& now have it 'moth-balled'

It wasn't the ship's fault!

If this ban is removed,

I will be the first person in line

to wave banners and have the 'band playing' in

 'Welcome to Valdez.'

Exxon Valdez, hung out to dry?  *

From the studying I have done and the workers I have talked to,

my opinion is that

the cover-up

regarding the workers Exxon abused in the bioremediation project

is not going to last

It would be better for Exxon to 'come clean' and truly 'step up to the plate'

Yes, from what I have learned,

it is my opinion that they used hundreds of young men

in their experiment...

& it was a bad product 'to boot"

... All for their image's sake. (Well maybe they earned money on Inipol EAP 22, too)

If they were to be honest NOW they would have a name to be proud of...

not one they have to change and hope drops from the memory of all.

Inipol EAP 22 should never be used again on any beach or on any workers.

The dry cleaning solvent 2-butoxyethanol

causes the blood damage:  hemolytic anemia

and also defats the skin,

and causes central nervous system damage.

I know of several workers so damaged.

Do Republicans care about abuses of workers/environment?

Or is it only the Democrats?
