When a guest requests a Private Bath

Our Alpine room will be $99 + tax ... for multiple day stays or $110 + tax on a single day stay.

Any prospective guests asking for a Private Bath

May also be satisfied with a Shared Bath,

Price it at last year's rate:  $89 + tax

Three of our rooms have King beds

& many are pleased with cooking privileges

No late arrivals, though ... must arrive by 9pm

Or Offer them ... purchase both rooms at $139 up until mid July ... after that $149 + tax

Or Pay a surcharge of $10 for a Designated Private Bath (Seldom an option)

$99 + surcharge of $10 = $109 plus tax

(I will have to discount the other room who must use bath on the other level of the house)

I will collect for these, as there is not 'wiggle room' for another surcharge whether shared or Designated private bath

So, I will need them to call me ... and I will write them in on the calendar with Credit card to confirm, and pay you at end of stay your 10% (prior to figuring tax) So do less work on these ... refer to me if they want our BnB

Cottage Room is $99 (shared bath) + $10 as designated Private Bath - Or two room suite for $159 + tax up to 4 people
